Handcrafted gifts, florals, plants and crafty afternoons ~ five minutes from Glencairn beach. Bev makes it, curates it, and pours the coffee.
Bee Creative began as a small idea in a small shop: a room where handmade things could live together ~ florals from the peninsula, plants raised on the windowsill, ceramics from potters down the road, and gifts that don't arrive in a truck by the pallet.
Nothing here is mass-produced. Most of what you'll see has been made by someone whose name Bev can tell you, often within a bicycle ride of the door. Prices are honest. The wrapping is included.
The shop is also a workshop ~ crafty afternoons run through the week, the WiFi stays on through load shedding, and the kettle is always warm. Come in for a gift, stay for an hour.
If you can't find quite the right thing, ask. Bev has arranged more than one bouquet from a phone photo of a Pinterest board, and posted it across the Southern Peninsula the same afternoon.
Bee Creative is Bev's studio and shopfront in one. She opens up seven days a week, arranges the flowers herself, hosts the workshops, and closes when the last person is out.
Before this she was arranging for weddings and small events across the Peninsula. Bee Creative was the quieter thing she wanted to build ~ somewhere with a door you can push open on a Tuesday afternoon.
She works with local artists and makers by preference. If you've picked up a piece here and want to know who made it, she'll tell you their story and probably show you their next batch.

No skills required, none pretended. Bring a friend, a child, a coffee. The bench is long and the kettle is on.
A pressed-flower card. A macrame planter. A tiny arrangement in a jar. Whatever's on the table that week.
Wrapped, labelled and quietly proud. Sessions run through the week ~ message Bev to book a bench or gather a group.

Made to order for birthdays, anniversaries, sympathies and Tuesdays. Send Bev a photo or a feeling; she'll come back with a plan.
Included. Ribbon, kraft, dried sprigs, a small card. Take it as is or watch it happen at the counter.
Same-afternoon runs across Glencairn, Fish Hoek, Simon's Town and Kalk Bay. Ask about further.
Small-batch gifting for teams, guest houses and workshops. Everything sourced locally, packed by hand.
Group sessions and drop-ins through the week. Perfect for hen parties, kids' birthdays and slow Saturdays.
Local artists welcome. If you're making, come by ~ the shop is always looking for a new small corner.

Open seven days a week, 10am to 5pm. Push the door open, look around, ask questions. Coffee is usually somewhere.
